Scotland Yard makes appeal to trace missing Indian-origin man

Scotland Yard today launched a public appeal to trace a 36-year-old Indian-origin man who went missing last month.
Sandeep Rakhra was last seen on November 8 at his home in east London as he left for a weekly exercise class. He failed to return home and has not been seen since.
"It has been four weeks to the day since Sandeep was last seen. His family are understandably very concerned for his welfare, and police share that concern," said Detective Chief Inspector Ingrid Cruickshank, launching the public appeal for any information.
"We are conducting a high visibility publicity campaign in the area where Sandeep was last seen, in an effort to jog people's memory and find any information that would help us to locate him," she added.
Sandeep is described as approximately 6ft 3ins tall, with dark, greying hair and is of medium build.
At the time of his disappearance he was wearing black Adidas tracksuit trousers with red stripes, a black North Face fleece with a black Superdry jacket over the top, navy blue Adidas trainers, black North Face gloves and a grey hat.

Sandeep is a Manchester United football fan, enjoys snooker and is a keen runner.
Sandeep's mother Sanesh and sister Soniasaid in a statement: "Everyone who knows Sandeep loves him and are hoping and praying that he comes home soon. If anybody has any information about where he is, however small, please pass it on to the police.
"If you read this Sandeep, know that we love you. All we want is a message to know that you are okay. You are so precious and we miss you. Please come back to us.
