In her letter to Baijal and Kejriwal, Sehrawat alleged the notification was pending with the AAP government and sought their intervention in the matter.
"Consequently, various committees, such as, Standing Committee, Wards Committee and various other constitutional committees of SDMC are also pending.
"Due to non-constitution of committees, the corporation is not able to carry out works, causing delay in various decisions of public interest," she
said in the letter.
She said, "I shall be grateful if you could intervene in the matter and expedite notification in the best interest of public of Delhi.
