Spread over an area of around 8,496 sqm at ground level, and two levels in basement, it has been built at a cost of Rs 21.66 crore, the South Delhi Municipal Corporation said.
"This facility consists of a sprinkle system to control fire, exhaust fans and ducts for fresh air," South Delhi Mayor Shyam Sharma said after dedicating the facility to the public at a function organised by the SDMC.
Local BJP MP Parvesh Verma presided over the function.
Sharma said this parking facility will benefit the residents and traders of Rajouri Garden and nearby colonies.

"As per scheme, the SDMC has to contribute 50 per cent of the cost, but it spent thrice the money decided under the scheme to make the parking convenient, safe and long-lasting for the benefit of the residents.
On February 17, the mayor had inaugurated a multi-level car parking facility in south Delhi's Kalkaji area with a capacity to accommodate 406 vehicles.
The new projects are coming up a few months ahead of the municipal elections in Delhi.
