Pursuant to Sebi's directive, leading bourse BSE said in a circular to all its trading members today that they should not effect any payout to their clients for trades conducted in this stock yesterday.
The payouts would be withheld till further directions for the inter-client positions as well.
"Sebi vide its email dated July 28, 2015 has directed the Exchange to withhold pay-out in the scrip of Dhyana Finstock Ltd for trade dated July 27, 2015 till further notice," BSE said in a circular.
Yesterday, the stock had touched a 52-week high of Rs 406, while the volumes had jumped nearly 8 times.
As per the information filed with the BSE, the Ahmedabad-based company is into consulting services business.
According to its website, it was incorporated in 1995 and it now conducts its business across various cities in Gujarat, in addition to Ahmedabad.
