Second International Yoga Day celebrated in Telangana

Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya and Andhra Pradesh and Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan were among the prominent personalities who took part in programmes here on the occasion of the second International Yoga Day.
Dattatreya, Union Minister of State for Labour (independent charge), joined a number of Yoga enthusiasts at the Sanjeevaiah Park here. Narasimhan and several other officials performed Yoga in the Raj Bhavan.
Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali and state Health Minister C Laxma Reddy took part in a Yoga event at the Gachibowli stadium in the Cyberabad, where a number of IT companies are located.
The Health Minister said a nature hospital would be established at the Anantagiri hills on the outskirts of the city.

Several NGOs and government departments also organised Yoga events on the occasion.
