Second phase development of INA to be completed in four years

After the second phase development, there will be facility for providing training to 1,200 cadets, he told reporters here.

At present the academy was providing training for 969 cadets. In the current year about 1,100 cadets were expected to undergo training at INA, Chauhan said.

He said on December 12 an hospital at INA, with 60-bed capacity would be inaugurated. In due course of time, the bed strength would be increased, he said.

Elaborate programmes had been drawn up during the Navy Day which falls on December 4, Chauhan said.
