"If Muslims for the next 20 years decide their agenda for education and pledge to educate their children even if they have to go without a meal, then those who hate Muslims will be forced to change their opinion," he said.
Addressing a function in Kirtanpur here, he said that a section of people from the community have spoiled its image.
Madani further said that Muslims are patriots because at the time of partition they opted to stay in India despite having a choice.
Muslims are not outsiders in the country and they have an equal stake here, he said.
"Hence, it is their responsibility to ensure that the country neither breaks or gets divided," Madni said.
