The incident was reported from Dabri yesterday afternoon and the deceased has been identified as Mann Chand, 35, who resided in Najafgarh.
He allegedly shot at himself with his 12 bore rifle near the entrance of the Muthoot Finance office, police said.
Chand was apparently upset over a property dispute in his family.
No suicide note was recovered from him.
Chand is survived by his wife and children.
