Security personnel recover large amounts of explosives

Security personnel today recovered large quantity of bomb making materials after they busted a bunker of the Maoists at Abun Jungle of Naxal-hit Palamau district, a senior police officer said.
The security personnel, comprising CRPF and District Armed Police, were on an anti-naxal campaign when they stumbled upon a bunker, which was destroyed immediately, Superintendent of Police, Mayur Patel said.
The forces recovered a water tank, a large quantity of codex wire, tiffin box, grenades, IED making materials, among other items, he said.
The recovery was made few days after the security personnel and District Armed Police of adjoining district Latehar recovered huge quantity of explosives from Herhunj police station limits.
