Select base metals show mixed trend

Select base metals including copper and brass noticed mixed trend owing to alternate bouts of buying and selling at the non-ferrous metals market here today.
Brass sheet cuttings edged up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 305 from Tuesday's close of Rs 303.
Copper armature and copper utensils scrap inched up to Rs 378 and Rs 351, respectively.
However, copper cable scrap and copper wire bar moved down by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 390 and Rs 418 from yesterday's close of Rs 394 and Rs 422.
Copper sheet cuttings softened by a Re per kg to Rs 372.
