Marketmen said subdued demand from retailers at prevailing levels against adequate stocks position mainly led to decline in select pulses.
In the national capital, urad and its dal chilka local eased by Rs 50 each to Rs 5,150-5,650 and Rs 6,350-6,550 and urad dal best quality and dhoya traded lower by the same margin to Rs 6,600-7,200 and Rs 6,850-7,250 per quintal respectively.
Arhar and its dal dara variety weakened by Rs 50 each to Rs 4,450-4,550 and Rs 5,950-6,150 per quintal, respectively.
