Select copra extends fall on reduced demand

Copra office Alapuzha and copra office Kozhikode prices fell further at the spices market here today due to reduced demand from stockist and millers.
While, all other spices held steady in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
Copra office Kozhikode declined by Rs 200 per quintal to Rs 9,300 from Thursday's closing level of Rs 9,500.
Copra office Alapuzha also moved down by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 9,500 as against Rs 9,600 yesterday.
