Select copra slipped on reduced demand, fresh arrivals

Copra office Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode prices slipped at the spices market here today due to reduced demand from millers and exporters amid fresh arrivals from producing belts.
While, Black pepper, ginger, copra Rajapur and copra edible Mumbai closed at their overnight levels in the absence of any necessary buying support.
Copra office Kozhikode dropped by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 10,000 from Tuesday's closing level of Rs 10,300.
Copra office Alapuzha moved down by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 10,300 as against Rs 10,400 yesterday.
