Select foodgrain prices move up at wholesale market

Prices of urad dal, gram dal and maida increased while that of moong dal decreased at the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
All other commodities ruled steady.
Moong dal declined by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 10,000 from its yesterdays rate of Rs 10,100.
In contrast, urad dal and gram dal rose by Rs 100 per quintal each to Rs 9,600 and Rs 5,300 from its yesterday's rate of Rs 9,500 and Rs 5,200, respectively.
Likewise, Maida (90 kg) moved up by Rs 50 to Rs 2,500 from Rs 2,450 earlier.
Following are the wholesale rates of various agri commodities (in Rs per quintal, except where stated otherwise): Thoor Dal Rs 9,800, Urad Dal Rs 9,600, Moong Dal Rs 10,000, Gram Dal Rs 5,300, Sugar Rs 2,800, Wheat Rs 3,000, Maida (90 kg) Rs 2,500 and Sooji (90 kg) Rs 3,000.
