Traders said strong demand from retailers against restricted supplies from producing regions mainly kept select pulses led by kabuli gram, gram and other prices higher.
In the national capital, Kabuli gram small variety gained Rs 200 to Rs 9,500-10,000 per quintal.
Gram, gramdal local and best quality also advanced by Rs 100 each to Rs 7,300-7,700, Rs 8,200-8,500 and Rs 8,600-8,700 per quintal, respectively.
Moong and its dal chilka also moved up by Rs 100 each to Rs 5,000-5,200 and Rs 5,500-5,700 per quintal. Its dal dhoya local and best quality enquired higher by the same margin to Rs 6,100-6,600 and Rs 6,600-6,800 per quintal.

Peas white and green too rose by Rs 200 each to Rs 2,700-2,725 and Rs 2,900-3,000 per quintal.
