Traders said sentiments remained bearish on increased supplies in the market after the government intensified raids on hoardings and decision to have more imports of pulses.
Meanwhile, over 82,000 tonnes of pulses have been seized so far from hoarders during 8,394 raids carried out by 12 state governments.
In the national capital, arhar quoted lower at Rs 11,500 against last close of Rs 11,500-11,800 per quintal. Its dal dara variety quoted lower at Rs 11,800-16,500 instead of Rs 11,800-16,800 per quintal.
Malka local and best quality also dropped by Rs 500 each
