In the national capital, urad and its dal chilka local remained in demand and spurted by Rs 300 each to Rs 9,600-10,700 and Rs 10,700-10,900 per quintal, respectively.
Urad dal best quality and dhoya also rose by a similar margin to Rs 10,800-11,400 and Rs 11,200-11,500 per quintal, respectively.
Moong and its dal chilka local advanced by Rs 100 each to Rs 7,600-8,100 and Rs 8,200-8,500 per quintal, respectively. Its dal dhoya local and best quality enquired higher by the same margin to Rs 8,600-8,900 and Rs 9,000-9,100 per quintal.
Moth traded higher by Rs 100 to Rs 5,600-5,900, while kabli gram small variety increased by Rs 150 to Rs 5,050-7,450 per quintal, respectively.

Arhar and its dal dara variety edged up to Rs 10,100-10,300 and Rs 11,700-11,800 against last close of Rs 10,100-10,250 and Rs 11,650-11,750 per quintal, respectively.
In line with the overall trend, peas green shot up by Rs 200 to Rs 3,000-3,100 per quintal.

Traders said stockists buying, driven by pick up in demand from retailers against restricted supplies from producing belts mainly pushed up the prices of select pulses.
