Airports Authority of India (AAI), Amritsar today launched a mobile-based application to enable passengers send their feedback about travel experience.
"The application works with the help of QR (Quick Response) Code and enables passengers to record their feedback, appreciation as well as their grievances directly to AAI grievance handling portal," AAI Chairman V P Agrawal said here releasing the app.
The application requires a mobile with camera and internet facilities. Once QR code is scanned, the passenger will be logged on to web page for registering suggestions and complaints.
Terming Amritsar a potential market for international air connectivity, Agrawal said AAI was exploring avenues to reach out to customers and meet their expectations.
New facilities have been introduced to the Amritsar airport, including the ILS CAT II which enables aircraft to land during dense fog period, he said.
