Senior IAS officer, daughter injured in accident

Kesni Anand Arora, posted as Deputy Director General, Unique Identification Authority of India, Chandigarh, was rushed to government hospital in Sector 16 while her daughter, who sustained serious head injuries, was admitted in PGIMER.

Police said a car travelling at a high speed rammed into the IAS officer's vehicle.

Three occupants of the other car and driver of the bureaucrat's car were also injured in the mishap.
