Replying to a question during the Question hour in the assembly, the minister said the operators were roped in to run buses under the Lok Parivahan Sewa (LSP) in 2015 December.
He said it was initially decided that the buses under LPS would be run from the state roadways bus stands but it led to resistance from the roadways employees.
Incidents of clashes were reported from different parts of the state so this arrangement was withdrawn and now it has been decided that separate space will be allotted for the LPS buses in next three months, he said.
Khan, while referring to the FIRs lodged in the matter, said that the incident occurred outside the bus stand.
