Set achievable investment targets for 'Resurgent Summit': Raje
Press Trust of India Jaipur Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today asked the officials of all departments to set achievable investment targets for state's all-round development at the "Resurgent Rajasthan-2015 Summit" to be held in the second half of next year.
"For inviting investments, the focus should be laid on education, health, tourism and manufacturing sectors along with medium and small scale industries," Raje said while addressing a high-level review meeting for the summit.
The CM discussed various possibilities of investment in core sectors like energy, mines and minerals, auto and engineering, agro-dairy and food processing, electronic system design manufacturing, textiles, tourism, health care, information technology.
She said a new website on the summit would be launched by end of this year. State Chief Secretary C S Rajan, Principal Secretary Industries Veenu Gupta, and other top officials attended the meeting at the CM's residence.
