Seth Developers launches 2 towers in township project in Thane

Realty player Seth Developers today said it has launched two towers 'Glade' and 'Fern' as a part of its township project Vasant Lawns in neighbouring Thane.
Fern consists of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments with carpet area starting from 706 sqft, 951 sqft and 1536 sqft, respectively, whereas Glade consists of 3 BHK apartments with carpet area starting from 998 sqft, the company said in a statement.
Sheth Developers' portfolio consists of over 25,000 homes built, 70 projects and over 18 million sqft, developed and delivered.
