"Party shall make and endeavour to find the solution to the problem," Justice Vibhu Bakhru said adding that DRT along with the members from the concerned authorities can visit the site and resolve the issue with "something more or less".
The court said the President and the Secretary of the DRT, along with some responsible person, preferably a senior lawyer, shall visit the place tomorrow and inform it about their decision on the next date of hearing, November 3.
The court had on October 17 in its interim order put on hold till today the Centre's decision to shift three benches of DRT from their current location in Jhandewalan here to a building in Parliament Street, saying, "let the Tribunals function from their present place" till further order of the court.
The court was hearing a petition moved by the DRT Bar Association which claimed the new premises did not have proper parking facilities, places for lawyers and litigants to sit or other amenities.
At present, the DRT is being operated from the basement of a building at the RSS Bharat Prakashan-owned Keshav Kunj in Jhandewalan for several years.
