Seventh person in the case was arrested today.
The killing was fall-out of rivalry over bagging construction-related contracts, additional commissioner of police Pratap Dighavkar said.
Kishore Kisan Chowdhary (36), a building contractor, was shot dead on May 9. Another person, Nitin Joshi (42), was badly injured in the firing.
Two days later, Thane police arrested Dilip Bhoir (50) who was identified as the main accused, Shankar Bhoir (46), Suraj Bhoir (27) and Sagar Bhoir (22).
Police recovered Wison's body from a 1200-foot deep valley between the villages Haldule and Dabhol near Mahabaleshwar on May 14.
On the same day, police arrested Akash Kachru Ahire (19) and Satish Baban Shinde (33), two shooters.
The seventh accused, Sagar Shashiknat Shinde (23) was arrested today.
All of them have been charged with murder and other offences. Further probe is on.
