Noting that continued practice of Yoga leads to amazing results both in terms of increased peace of mind and physical strength, Qureshi said those who make Yogic asanas a part of their life lead a better, happier life.
The week-long Yoga meet organized by the Parmarth Niketan in association with Uttarankhand Tourism here, saw 325 participants and 30 Yoga teachers from the country and abroad taking part in the event.
