According to the police, the autopsy report of the girl suggested that she was strangulated by the unidentified accused and was seven months pregnant.
The victim had left her house yesterday evening. Her body was recovered today from the bushes near her house, police said.
A case has been lodged by the victim's father, police said, adding that the search is on to nab the accused involved in the case.
