The SGPC should take the lead in setting up missions or cells abroad to make the world aware about Sikhs' identity, he said.

A gunman recently killed six worshippers in a Gurudwara in Wisconsin in the United States.
"Though investigations are on into Wisconsin shooting, it appears to be an incident of hate crime," Chinna said.
