It was cleared by the state Cabinet at its meeting chaired by Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat here, official sources had said.
All state governments have to pass the SGST bill in their respective assemblies before July 1 when the GST system will come into force across the country.
The session of the state Assembly would begin from tomorrow.
Main opposition party Congress said it will rake up issues of public interest in the Assembly.
