Playing at the Kalhaar Blues and Greens on the qualification day here, Shah carded a Nett. score of 73.6 to finish in top spot.
He will now be competing against 39 other golfers selected from qualifiers across 11 other cities of the tournament in the National Final to be held at Pune's Oxford Golf Resort from April 4-6.
Shah becomes the third person to qualify for the finals after the first two days of the opening leg in Pune saw one qualification on each day.
The best Gross Winner of the day was Rajiv Vipin Vasa with a score of 79 and there were a host of other prizes on offer to be won as well.

Prominent winners included Sachin Jain who won the Mercedes-Benz Closest to Pin contest on the 16th hole landing the ball 15.2 ft. from the pin.
In the MercedesBenz Closest to Pin in Two Shots played at the 17th hole, Koshti Anil emerged triumphant, landing the ball at 4.9 ft. from the pin.

Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Kolkata, Chennai, Chandigarh, Gurgaon, Noida and Jaipur.
Forty winners will be selected from the qualifiers for the National Finals. The qualifiers end on March 11 in Jaipur. Three winners of the National Finals will then compete against those from tournaments played in 60 countries in the World Final at Stuttgart, Germany.
