It's net profit was Rs 9.71 crore in the corresponding quarter of 2013-14, the company said in a release.
The revenue went up marginally by 1.21 per cent during the quarter to Rs 99.33 crore compared to Rs 98.13 crore in the same period last year.
Commenting on the results, Shakti Pumps Chairman and Managing Director Dinesh Patidar said: "This was the year of many ups and downs, which allowed us to prove our capacity to absorb shocks. Demands from both domestic and international markets have shown healthy growth except the gulf region.
