Rubbishing Modi's speech yesterday, Sharma said it was devoid of any vision.
"He is not known for his comprehension of economics and finally he has confirmed...He has no vision. He has no global vision, no comprehension of geo-strategic issues. This is what he has exposed yesterday," the Minister told reporters here.
Sharma was commenting on Modi's vision for the country ahead of Lok Sabha election in which the Gujarat Chief Minister promised to develop 100 smart cities and set up IITs, IIMs and AIIMS in every state.
The minister further said the government is already doing what Modi had stated in his vision for the country.
