Superior Court Judge James Hahn ordered the man to stay away from the 'My Favorite Mistake' hitmaker, reported Ace Showbiz.
"His statements was obviously extremely alarming to me. It was clear to me that he was deeply disturbed because his posts were delusional, rambling, filled with profanity and laced with angry rants," Crow said.
A psychiatrist agreed that Philip was imminently dangerous.
In his defense, Philip claimed he made such statement because he felt frustrated and believed Crow and film producer Harvey Weinstein stole his money, videotaped and continued following him without his consent.
Crow obtained a temporary restraining order against him last July before getting a permanent one.
