The 23-year-old Pho looked upset and tearful in the photographs while LaBeouf seem agitated, the Ace Showbiz reported.
Pho wore a white t-shirt, black skirt and low heels, while Shia was in white tee with denim cutouts and sneakers.
In one of the pictures, the couple was caught on camera sitting on the curb while still arguing with each other. She had a cigarette and match in her hands.
The actor recently revealed that he will be doing real sex scenes in controversial director Lars von Trier's film 'Nymphomaniac' but Pho denied that their argument had anything to do with the film.
"It's none of anybody's business. Everything is fine with us. I was nothing affiliated with his movie. We're normal people who have normal lives," she told New York Daily News.
