Himachal Chief Minister P K Dhumal will inaugurate the festival.
Bollywood playback singers like Hema Sardesai, Hans Raj Hans and Udit Narayan will be main attractions on the opening day.
Besides performances by local Himachali folk artists, half-a-dozen troupes from various schools would also perform on all the days.
