The 314-acre land will be used to create a base for the 213 'mahila' battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and other training and infrastructure facilities.
The land is in Bahadpur Patti Katla of the district.
Shinde, alongwith Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Home Secretary Anil Goswami and CRPF chief Pranay Sahay and other senior officials are expected to attend the event.
The Union Home Ministry had last year sanctioned a large portion of land for another paramilitary-Sashastra Seema Bal- in the same district to establish its centre.
