Kapur's four-day total was 11-under 277.
On the final day, Kapur had as many as six birdies, but he also dropped two double bogeys and one bogey to finish at 71.
He opened with a bogey, but then had birdies on sixth and eighth, followed by birdies on 11th and 14th. But his double bogeys on 10th and 12th spoilt the card.
Kapur had a birdie-birdie finish which helped him give respectability to the total.
In the third round, Kapur had three birdies and one bogey in his round of 70
Meanwhile, up at the top, Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano held off the challenge of Garth Mulroy to win the title.
