Kapur ended in a tie for 42nd, which was still an improvement on his 62nd place after third round at the Aa Saint Omer Golf Club.
After losing his European tour card last season, this has also been a tough year for Kapur, who is yet to finish in top-25 in any of his eight starts.
Kapur, who made the cut on the line, dropped three shots for the third day in a row.
He bogeyed the par-5 14th on each of the four days, and then dropped bogeys on 15th, 16th and 17th, twice each in four rounds.
Kapur had a tough week as he also had a quadruple bogey in the third round, when he holed out in nine on the par-5 seventh, which he double bogeyed on first day and bogeyed on second day.
He managed a par only in the final round at that hole.
