"All those including the deputy chief minister, forest minister and other legislators of the party who failed to fulfil the commitment must immediately resign," Shiv Sena activist Raj Singh said.
"BJP played with the sentiments of people and situation demands that those who are the signatories and party to it should resign from their respective positions and seek a public apology," the activist added.
The state government has decided to shift the proposed premier health institute, AIIMS to Kashmir causing protests by Congress and the AIIMS coordination committee (ACC) which has called for a three-day complete 'Jammu bandh' from July 31 while their hunger strike continues.
