Dubey struck a 38-ball 66 with four boundaries and four sixes to support opener Prashant Chopra's 73 (51b, 7x4s, 2x6s) in a 131-run third wicket stand to help DY Patil A post 180 for 4 in their 20 overs.
Thereafter, Dubey snapped up two wickets to restrict Indian Oil to 151 for six in their 20 overs and help DY Patil A register a 29-run win.
At the DY Pati Stadium, ONGC went down by seven wickets to State Bank of Travancore, while Air India beat Mumbai Customs by five wickets at the University Ground.
DY Patil A will take on Tata Sports Club at the DY Patil Stadium in the first quareterfinal, while at the same time Reliance 1 will square off against Indian Oil at the adjoining University Ground.
