At the foundation laying ceremony at Lalpur Village, about 20 kms from Rampur, Yadav took a swipe at Suar Tunda MLA Nawab Qazim Ali, alleging he has failed to take any steps to address people's problems.
Senior Uttar Pradesh Minister Azam Khan, who represents Rampur in the assembly, also lashed out at the Suar Tunda MLA, alleging he created numerous "hurdles" in the development of Rampur.
