Shivpal Yadav made SP spokesman

Samajwadi Party today declared cabinet minister Shivpal Yadav as its spokesman in Uttar Pradesh.
"Shivpal has been appointed spokesman by party president Mulayam Singh Yadav," SP National General secretary Ramgopal Yadav said.
He said now there would be two spokesmen in the state, the other being Rajendra Chowdhury.
