CITU leader and MP Tapen Sen today ridiculed former minister Arun Shourie's comments against the NDA government saying he was in the "same page" as Prime Minister Narendra Modi as far as reforms were concerned.
"It is a reflection of internal contradiction as Arun Shourie is not getting importance in the internal system of the NDA government," Sen told reporters here.
Reacting to Shourie's recent accusation against the Modi government of being "directionless and hyperbole", Sen alleged that Shourie was also politically on the same page with Modi as far reforms were concerned.
"Only during Shourie's time more than 10 PSUs were sold out and shared the same misdeeds that had been created by the earlier NDA government," alleged the CITU's national general secretary.
"So his comments carry no value," he said.
