Yadav said the AAP leadership ran a propaganda with these charges and even termed him and Prashant Bhushan as "traitor" and demanded an apology for running a "malicious campaign".
He also termed the show-cause notice, issued to him, Bhushan, Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha, as a "joke". The rebel camp is expected to respond to the notice by tomorrow.
"These two points were being used against me for the last two months by the party in its propaganda against us. Attempts were being made to instigate the volunteers and to project us a traitors.
"And today when the time of probe arrived all the allegations have vanished. Where did the allegations go using which we were termed traitors in the National Council. If these allegations were lies then who will apologise?" Yadav said in a statement.
