The stock soared 7.24 per cent to settle at Rs 2,499.20 on BSE. During the day, it jumped 9.24 per cent to Rs 2,545.80.
At NSE, shares of the company surged 7.68 per cent to end at Rs 2,497.30.
Shriram City Union Finance yesterday reported a 34.2 per cent rise in net profit to Rs 204.4 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company's net profit stood at Rs 152.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
NPA is continued to be recognized NPA on 150 days past due basis and GNPA is at 4.96 per cent as compared to 5.11 per cent in previous quarter.
