"The hotel property and serviced apartments will be commissioned in November 2016. The property will be managed by Westin," Managing Director of Shristi Infrastructure Sunil Jha told reporters here today.
"Since the property is close to the international airport, we are expecting a lot of clients coming from the IT sector," Jha said.
Westin would be among the three five star deluxe properties to emerge in the city's hospitality landscape after ITC Royal Bengal and JW Marriott, which were also on the finishing lines.
There would also be a retail complex along with a multiplex in the same compound measuring eight acres.
The company was also constructing a 42-storeyed residential apartment in south Mumbai named 'Sea View' and a township in Guwahati as well, he said.
