Shubhodip will work closely with the team to actively contribute to its film marketing and promotional strategy and expanding the audience base for Balaji's products while also exploring potential new revenue streams, Balaji Telefilms said in a statement.
The company said it is in the process of putting in place a pipeline of content-rich films over the next two years spread across diverse genres, in addition to exploring co-productions and new collaborations.
Prior to joining Balaji Telefilms, Shubhodip worked as the Chief Marketing Officer of Micromax Infomatics India Ltd. He has also worked with companies such as Samsung India Electronics, Hewlett Packard, ABN Amro bank NV and BLYK Media.
