The accrual of miles and points for both frequent flyer programmes will commence in March and redemption in May, a release said.
The partnership enables SIA loyalty programme members to earn KrisFlyer miles when travelling on Vistara flights, and redeem its flight tickets with their miles.
Similarly, Club Vistara members can earn and redeem points when travelling on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights, it said.
Vistara is joint venture between Tata Sons and SIA with 51 per cent and 49 per cent holdings respectively. The two airlines have an interline partnership as well.

"We are delighted to strengthen our cooperation with our airline partner Vistara, and to provide KrisFlyer and Club Vistara members with more ways to earn and redeem when they fly with us," Singapore Airlines' Senior Vice President for Marketing Olanning Lee Wen Fen said.
Vistara said it was confident that the tie-up would help it reach out to more customers.
"We are confident that through Singapore Airlines and their sister airline SilkAir's well-connected network from India, we will be able to broaden our reach and strengthen the value proposition for Club Vistara members," Vistara Chief Executive Officer Phee Teik Yeoh said.
