'Siddaramaiah will ensure he is the last Cong CM in Karnataka'

Hitting out at the Congress government in Karnataka for its "failures" as it completed three years in office today, BJP said Siddaramaiah will ensure that he will be the last Congress Chief Minister in the state.
Calling Siddaramaiah the captain of a "zero development" government, BJP claimed the public mood is against the Congress government which is "anti-farmer, anti-dalit and also anti-minority."
"The three-year rule of Siddaramaiah has pushed the people of the state in a misery. After looking at three-year rule it looks like Siddaramaiah will ensure that he will be the last Congress Chief Minister in the state," BJP state President B S Yeddyurappa told reporters here.

He alleged that there was no coordination within the cabinet and law and order situation has worsened.
Siddaramaiah was on 13 May 2013, sworn in as 22nd Chief Minister of Karnataka, marking the return of the Congress to power after more than seven years.
Siddaramaiahhad led the Congress battle against the then ruling BJP, winning 121 seats in the 224-member Assembly in the polls.

Targeting the Chief Minister and his cabinet colleaguesfor their "inability" in handling drought situation, Yeddyurappa said "Siddaramaiah's government could not rescue farmers' from distress leading to 1,450 of them committing suicide."
Yeddyurappa also targeted the government for not properly utilising the relief funds given to the state by the Centre.

Further criticising the Siddaramaiah government, hesaid "for the first time in the history of the country, a Prime Minister had meeting with the Chief Minister of the state regarding drought for more than an hour, still you did not stop speaking lightly against him."
He also alleged the Anti-Corruption Bureau was created to make Lokayukta "toothless" and "without any sanctity".
"You have destroyed it, why did you do it? What is your intention behind creating it? Is to protect yourself and your cabinet colleagues against whom there are charges," he asked.
Pointing out that the Chief Minister has lost the confidence of leaders within his party and the government, Yeddyurappa accused Siddarmaiah of "nepotism", citing that his younger son was permitted to set up lab and diagnostic facility at government-run hospitals in alleged violation code of conduct for Ministers.

Alleging that state government and Chief Minister were claiming ownership over welfare schemes which has funding from the Centre, he challenged Siddaramaiah to share the detailed figures with the people of the state.
He said BJP is discussing about a programme aimed at targeting the government against its failures.
