Siddharth Shah re-elected as chairman of BSE Brokers Forum

Siddharth Shah has been re-elected as the chairman and Alok Churiwala as the vice chairman of the BSE Brokers Forum.
The BSE Brokers Forum at its annual general meeting reelected Shah as its chairman and Churiwala as vice chairman a statement issued here said.
The six vacancies in the Board which has been created due to retirement by rotation were filled up.
Shah said, "The Forum plans to reach conduct various activities for the betterment of the member brokers and capital markets.
"It also plans to reach out for the benefit of the intermediaries by actively engaging with Government, Regulators, Stock Exchanges."

eClerx to amalgamate Agilyst
* eClerx Services today said it plans to amalgamate Agilyst Consulting, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary with the company.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, if thought fit, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Agilyst Consulting Private Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary with the company," it said in a BSE filing.

N Mohapatra selected for Director Personnel SAIL * Government headhunter Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) today selected N Mohapatra for the post of Director (Personnel) of the domestic steel giant SAIL.

"PESB recommended the following name for the post of Chairman, Steel Authority Of India Ltd (SAIL) - N Mohapatra," it said in a notification.
