Delhi Toursim Minister Jitender Singh Tomar, who today visited the construction site of Signature Bridge, said that the government has decided to develop a new tourist hub below the bridge.
"The construction work of Signature Bridge will be completed by March, 2016. We are developing new facilities at the bridge like installation of LED lights and some restaurants so that people can be attracted," Tomar said here.
The bridge, however, has missed several deadlines, but government has strictly directed its officials to complete its construction works by March next years.
The Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation (DTTDC) is constructing bridge, which is 675 metres long.
